Q. Who will be cleaning my home?  A. We make every effort to send the same cleaning technician to clean your home or office.  We will contact you personally if we send a substitute cleaning technician.  ​

Are you licensed, bonded and insured?  A. Yes, White Glove Cleaning Services, LLC carries liability insurance.  Liability insurance protects you and will cover damage to your home or property.  White Glove Cleaning Services, LLC are bonded for your protection.  We do a criminal background check on all employees.  We are licensed in Madison City and Athens City.

Q. Can I trust the cleaning technician?  A. Our employees have all criminal background checks and are covered by an honesty bond. ​

Q. Can I give a tip to the employees. A. Yes, our employees will appreciate tips from the customers.

Q. What happened if I’m not satisfied?  A. We try very hard to please our customers, but sometimes we may miss something.  Please call us within 24 hours if something was missed during your cleaning.  We guarantee our services; we will re-clean the area of your house the next day at no additional charge.

Q. How do I pay for services?  A. We ask our customers to pay with credit card or Zelle payment the same day of the service or pay pal on our website.

Q. Why does the first clean take longer? ​A.  Our first cleaning visit takes longer about 2-3.0 hours longer than subsequent cleaning.  We have a dirt level of 1-10; it takes longer to clean a shower or tub if it has a lot of buildup and baseboards that need to be hand washed or dusted with the mop.
